C.A.R.S. (Communication, Access, Resources and Special committees) represent the vision, action and support goals for GWBC ®. Based upon the recent survey, the infrastructure has been modified to ensure results. C.A.R.S. will provide a roadmap to success and assist you in navigating the maze of corporate procurement and educational access.
