Crescent is proud to once again be a sponsor of the LACE awards. So many members of GWBC have helped us on our journey that this year we wanted to use our message to offer some advice in return. We sincerely hope it helps each of you in one way or another.
The single most important lesson we have learned over the last few years is that as a business owner you should never discourage your talent. The creativity of your employees is what drives your progress. If you develop a management structure based on motivation and support, rather than limitations and control, it will encourage your employees to combine their personal resources with those that you offer to discover new ideas and test new theories. What they learn from these experiences, regardless of whether or not they relate to your industry, will quite often contribute to what they have to offer to your business.
